Katsina state governor launches goat empowerment programme for katsina students

The katsina state governor, aminu masari, has launched goat empowerment programme for secondary college college students in the state.
Launching the programme at authorities girls arabic secondary school, dutsinma on saturday, the country commissioner for training, halimatu idris, stated the programme became aimed toward empowering students to be self-reliant.

The commissioner further stated that the empowerment software is part of the authorities’s effort towards improving humans’s lives and development of training within the nation.
Idris additionally said that 20 secondary schools have been selected from the nation’s three senatorial zones for the take-off of the programme.

An nameless citizen of katsina country who commented about the empowerment program stated the goats had been given out to most effective girl students in secondary colleges to rear for a year.
